Ive seen many indians who brighten their skin without it going pale and dry and still managing to keep a glow. How can i do it? And i DONT mean native indians/american indians
i think they use ‘fair & lovely’ products. seriously. no kidding.

Fair and Lovely product have bleach in them, thus they bleach the skin. I have seen the products in various Indian stores in the UK and Canada. I wouldn’t recommend it, its bad for your skin and you could turn out blotchy.
I would suggest you try using an exfoliator, since according to your avatar you are already white. Exfoliators remove dead skin cells do your skin will glow. And remeber to moisturize after.
